Description

The EFI RCTRS-12G-4B-N 36″ Gas Range is built for durability and high performance. The stainless steel construction on the front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and high shelf ensures long-lasting use.

It features four heavy-duty lift-off cast iron burners with a 25,000 BTU/hr rating, offering powerful heat for cooking. The 12” x 12” cast iron top grates provide even heat distribution. If you need a griddle, the 3/4″ thick polished steel griddle plate includes a grease trough for easy cleaning.

The oven size is 26 1/2″ x 26″ x 14″ with a 27,000 BTU/hr oven burner. The oven pilot has a 100% safety shut-off. Stainless steel oven burners and multiple-position oven rack guides offer versatility. One chrome rack comes with the oven, and additional racks are available.

The range operates on natural gas (5”WC/11mbar) or propane (10”WC/25mbar). Optional casters and oven racks are available for convenience.
