Description

The EFI RCTRS-12G-4B-P 36″ Gas Range combines durability and efficiency for your commercial kitchen. Its stainless steel construction on the front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and high shelf ensures strength and longevity.

The range features four heavy-duty lift-off cast iron burners, each rated at 25,000 BTU/hr. The 12” x 12” cast iron top grates provide even heat distribution. Models with a 3/4″ thick polished steel griddle plate also include a grease trough for easy cleanup.

The oven’s dimensions are 26 1/2″ x 26″ x 14″, with a 27,000 BTU/hr oven burner. It includes a 100% safety shut-off oven pilot. The stainless steel burners and multiple position rack guides offer flexibility, while the oven comes with one chrome rack (additional racks are available).

Choose between natural gas (5”WC/11mbar) or propane (10”WC/25mbar). Optional casters and oven racks are available for added convenience.
