Description

The EFI RCTRS-12G-6B-N 48-inch gas range is perfect for commercial kitchens needing high performance. It features a stainless steel construction with a front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and high shelf for durability and ease of maintenance.

The range includes six heavy-duty cast iron burners, each rated at 25,000 BTU/hr. It also boasts 12” x 12” cast iron top grates and a polished steel griddle (3/4” thick) on applicable models, with a grease trough for easier cleanup.

The oven is 20 inches by 26 inches by 14 inches and features a 27,000 BTU/hr burner. It also has a 100% safety shut-off oven pilot. The oven includes stainless steel burners and multiple rack positions. One chrome rack is included, with additional racks available for purchase.

The unit can operate with either natural gas (5”WC/11mbar) or propane (10”WC/25mbar). Optional casters and extra oven racks are available to suit specific needs.
