Description
The EFI RCTRS-12G-6B-P 48-inch gas range offers exceptional performance in commercial kitchens. Its stainless steel construction on the front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and high shelf ensures durability and easy cleaning.
It comes with six heavy-duty cast iron burners, each rated at 25,000 BTU/hr, for efficient cooking. The range includes 12” x 12” cast iron top grates and a 12-inch polished steel griddle (on applicable models). The grease trough simplifies cleanup.
The oven measures 20 inches by 26 inches by 14 inches and features a 27,000 BTU/hr oven burner. It has a 100% safety shut-off pilot. The oven also has stainless steel burners and multiple position rack guides. One chrome rack is included, and you can purchase additional racks.
The range operates on natural gas or propane. Its manifold operating pressures are adjustable. Optional casters and extra oven racks are available.
This range is covered by a one-year parts and labor warranty. It is certified for commercial use in Canada.
