Description
The EFI RCTRS-24G-2B-N 36″ gas range is built for durability and high performance in busy kitchens. It features stainless steel construction on the front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and high shelf.
Equipped with two heavy-duty lift-off cast iron burners rated at 25,000 BTU/hr, and 12” x 12” cast iron top grates, this range delivers consistent heat. A 3/4” thick polished steel griddle plate is available on applicable models, along with a grease trough for easy maintenance.
The oven measures 26 1/2″ x 26″ x 14″ and includes a powerful 27,000 BTU/hr burner. The oven pilot has a 100% safety shut-off, and the oven features stainless steel burners and multiple position rack guides. Each oven comes with one chrome rack (additional racks available).
Choose from natural gas (5”WC/11mbar) or propane (10”WC/25mbar) operating pressure. Optional casters and oven racks provide flexibility to fit your kitchen needs.
This EFI RCTRS-24G-2B-N range comes with a 1-year parts and labor warranty, ensuring reliability in commercial cooking environments.
