Description

The EFI RCTRS-24G-2B-P 36″ gas range offers durability and high performance, with stainless steel construction on the front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and high shelf.

It features two heavy-duty lift-off cast iron burners, each rated at 25,000 BTU/hr, and 12” x 12” cast iron top grates. The 3/4” thick polished steel griddle plate is available on select models, along with a grease trough for easy cleanup.

The oven measures 26 1/2″ x 26″ x 14″ and includes a 27,000 BTU/hr burner and a 100% safety shut-off oven pilot. The oven also features stainless steel burners and multiple position rack guides, with one chrome rack per oven (additional racks available).

Choose between natural gas (5”WC/11mbar) or propane (10”WC/25mbar). Optional casters and oven racks are available for added flexibility.
