Description
The EFI RCTRS-24G-4B-N 48-inch gas range is perfect for high-demand commercial kitchens. Featuring durable stainless steel construction on the front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and high shelf, this range ensures long-lasting performance and easy maintenance.
It includes four heavy-duty lift-off cast iron burners rated at 25,000 BTU/hr for reliable heat, along with 12” x 12” cast iron top grates for even cooking. The 24-inch polished steel griddle (on applicable models) offers a smooth cooking surface, while the grease trough ensures easy cleanup.
The oven measures 20 inches by 26 inches by 14 inches and is equipped with a 27,000 BTU/hr oven burner. It also features a 100% safety shut-off pilot, stainless steel oven burners, and multiple position oven rack guides. One chrome rack is included, and additional racks are available.
The range operates on natural gas or propane with adjustable manifold operating pressures. Optional casters and extra oven racks are available.
One-year parts and labor warranty. Certified for commercial use in Canada.
