Description

The EFI RCTRS-24G-4B-P 48-inch gas range is built to perform in demanding commercial kitchens. With its durable stainless steel construction on the front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and high shelf, this range is both reliable and easy to maintain.

Equipped with four heavy-duty cast iron burners rated at 25,000 BTU/hr, the range offers efficient cooking. It features a 24-inch polished steel griddle (on applicable models) that ensures even heating and includes a grease trough for quick cleanup.

The oven measures 20 inches by 26 inches by 14 inches and comes with a powerful 27,000 BTU/hr oven burner. The range includes a safety shut-off pilot, stainless steel oven burners, and multiple position oven rack guides. One chrome rack is included, with additional racks available for flexibility.

This range is compatible with natural gas and propane, with adjustable manifold operating pressures. Optional casters and extra oven racks are available for added convenience.
