Description

The EFI RCTRS-24G-N 24″ Gas Range offers outstanding performance and durability, ideal for high-demand commercial kitchens. Built with stainless steel on the front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and high shelf, this range is made to endure the daily demands of food service.

Featuring four heavy-duty lift-off cast iron burners rated at 25,000 BTU/hr, it provides powerful and consistent heat. The 12” x 12” cast iron top grates ensure even heat distribution across the cooking surface. The 3/4” thick polished steel griddle plate is available on applicable models, complete with a grease trough for easy cleanup.

The oven size measures 20″ x 26″ x 14″, with a 27,000 BTU/hr oven burner. The oven is equipped with a pilot safety shut-off system for added peace of mind. Stainless steel oven burners and multiple-position oven rack guides add versatility, with one chrome rack included per oven. Additional racks are available for increased oven capacity.

The EFI RCTRS-24G-N accommodates natural gas (5”WC/11mbar) and propane (10”WC/25mbar) connections. Optional casters and oven racks are available for easy customization.
