Description

The EFI RCTRS-24G-P 24″ Gas Range combines durability and high performance, ideal for commercial kitchens. Constructed with stainless steel on the front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and high shelf, it’s built to withstand the rigors of everyday use.

This range includes four heavy-duty lift-off cast iron burners rated at 25,000 BTU/hr, providing consistent, powerful heat for efficient cooking. The 12” x 12” cast iron top grates ensure even heat distribution. For versatility, the 3/4” thick polished steel griddle plate is included on applicable models, along with a grease trough for easy cleanup.

The oven size is 20″ x 26″ x 14″, with a 27,000 BTU/hr oven burner, perfect for baking and roasting. The oven is equipped with a pilot safety shut-off for added security. Stainless steel oven burners and multiple-position rack guides offer flexibility, with one chrome rack included per oven. Additional racks are available to increase oven capacity.

The EFI RCTRS-24G-P supports both natural gas (5”WC/11mbar) and propane (10”WC/25mbar) connections. Optional casters and oven racks are available for customization to suit your needs.
