Description
The EFI RCTRS-2B-24G-N 36″ gas range is built for reliability and performance in commercial kitchens. It features durable stainless steel construction on the front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and high shelf.
This range includes two heavy-duty lift-off cast iron burners (25,000 BTU/hr each) and 12” x 12” cast iron top grates. The 3/4” thick polished steel griddle plate is available on some models, along with a grease trough for easy cleanup.
The oven is sized at 26 1/2″ x 26″ x 14″ and features a 27,000 BTU/hr burner. It includes a 100% safety shut-off pilot, stainless steel oven burners, and multiple position rack guides. The oven comes with one chrome rack and additional racks are available.
You can choose between natural gas (5”WC/11mbar) or propane (10”WC/25mbar). Optional casters and oven racks are available for added convenience.
