Description

The EFI RCTRS-2B-36G-P 48-inch gas range is built for commercial kitchens seeking a versatile and powerful cooking solution. It features a stainless steel construction including the front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and high shelf for durability and easy cleaning.

This model is equipped with two heavy-duty lift-off cast iron burners, each producing 25,000 BTU/hr, and a 36-inch polished steel griddle plate (on applicable models) for even cooking. The 12-inch by 12-inch cast iron top grates ensure optimal heat distribution for excellent cooking performance. A grease trough is included on griddle models for efficient cleaning.

The oven measures 20 inches by 26 inches by 14 inches, powered by a 27,000 BTU burner. It features a safety shut-off pilot for peace of mind and multiple position oven rack guides. The oven includes one chrome rack, with additional racks available to accommodate larger batches.

This gas range supports natural gas and propane with adjustable operating pressure. Optional casters and extra oven racks are available to enhance flexibility.
