Description

The EFI RCTRS-4B-12G-P 36″ gas range is built for high performance in commercial kitchens. It features a stainless steel construction, including the front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and high shelf. This durable range is easy to clean and maintain.

The range comes with four heavy-duty lift-off cast iron burners rated at 25,000 BTU/hr, plus 12” x 12” cast iron grates for even heat distribution. A 3/4” thick polished steel griddle plate is available on select models, complete with a grease trough for easy cleanup.

The oven offers a 27,000 BTU/hr burner and is 27″ x 26″ x 14″ in size. It also includes a 100% safety shut-off pilot and stainless steel oven burners and pilots. The oven has multiple position rack guides and comes with one chrome rack, with additional racks available.

The range operates on natural gas (5”WC/11mbar) or propane (10”WC/25mbar). Optional casters and oven racks are also available.
