Description

The EFI RCTRS-4B-24G-P 48-inch gas range is designed for high-demand commercial kitchens, offering both power and versatility. With its stainless steel front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and high shelf, this range ensures long-lasting durability and easy maintenance.

This range includes four heavy-duty lift-off cast iron burners, each rated at 25,000 BTU/hr, along with a 24-inch polished steel griddle plate (on applicable models) for efficient and consistent cooking. The 12-inch by 12-inch cast iron top grates provide even heat distribution for optimal cooking results. The grease trough on griddle models ensures a quick and easy cleanup.

The oven measures 20 inches by 26 inches by 14 inches, with a powerful 27,000 BTU burner and a safety shut-off pilot for added security. Multiple position oven rack guides and one chrome rack are included, with additional racks available to accommodate larger cooking needs.

This model supports both natural gas and propane, with adjustable operating pressure for flexibility in various kitchen setups. Optional casters and extra oven racks are available to enhance mobility and storage options.
