Description

The EFI RCTRS-4B-N 24″ Gas Range is built for durability and performance. It features stainless steel components, including the front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and high shelf for easy cleaning and long-term reliability.

This range includes four heavy-duty lift-off cast iron burners, each rated at 25,000 BTU/hr, offering powerful heat for efficient cooking. The 12” x 12” cast iron top grates ensure even heat distribution. Select models come with a 3/4” polished steel griddle plate, adding versatility. A grease trough on griddle models makes cleanup simple.

The oven measures 20″ x 26″ x 14″ and has a 27,000 BTU/hr oven burner for efficient baking and roasting. It also includes a safety shut-off pilot, ensuring safe operation. The oven features multiple-position rack guides, and each oven comes with one chrome rack. Additional racks are available.

This range operates with natural gas (5”WC/11mbar) or propane (10”WC/25mbar), providing flexibility to meet your kitchen’s needs. Optional casters and extra oven racks can be added for enhanced mobility and storage.
