Description

The EFI RCTRS-4B-P 24″ Gas Range offers high performance and durability, making it the perfect fit for commercial kitchens. It features a stainless steel construction on the front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and high shelf for strength and easy cleaning.

This range includes four heavy-duty lift-off cast iron burners, each delivering 25,000 BTU/hr. The 12” x 12” cast iron top grates ensure even heat distribution for precise cooking. On applicable models, a 3/4” thick polished steel griddle plate adds versatility, with a grease trough for easy maintenance.

The oven size is 20″ x 26″ x 14″, with a 27,000 BTU/hr oven burner for fast and efficient baking. It also features a pilot safety shut-off for secure operation. The oven includes multiple-position rack guides and comes with one chrome rack. You can also purchase additional racks as needed.

The EFI RCTRS-4B-P operates on natural gas (5”WC/11mbar) and propane (10”WC/25mbar), providing flexibility for your kitchen’s fuel needs. Optional casters and oven racks are available for customization.
