Description

The EFI RCTRS-6B-12G-N 48-inch gas range is ideal for commercial kitchens seeking performance and durability. Made with stainless steel on the front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and high shelf, this range offers long-lasting strength and easy maintenance.

It includes six heavy-duty lift-off cast iron burners, each delivering 25,000 BTU/hr. The 12-inch polished steel griddle plate (on applicable models) ensures smooth cooking, and the 12-inch by 12-inch cast iron top grates provide even heat distribution. Griddle models feature a grease trough for efficient cleanup.

The oven measures 20 inches by 26 inches by 14 inches, with a powerful 27,000 BTU/hr oven burner. Safety shut-off pilot, stainless steel oven burners, and multiple position oven rack guides make cooking even easier. One chrome rack is included, with extra racks available for increased storage.

This model operates with natural gas and propane, offering flexible manifold operating pressures. Optional casters and extra oven racks provide additional convenience.
