Description

The EFI RCTRS-6B-12G-P 48-inch gas range is perfect for high-volume commercial kitchens. It features stainless steel construction on the front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and high shelf, offering durability and easy cleaning.

Equipped with six heavy-duty lift-off cast iron burners rated at 25,000 BTU/hr, this range also includes a 12-inch polished steel griddle plate (on applicable models) for smooth cooking. The 12-inch by 12-inch cast iron top grates ensure even heat distribution. The grease trough on griddle models simplifies cleaning.

The oven is spacious, measuring 20 inches by 26 inches by 14 inches, with a 27,000 BTU/hr oven burner. It comes with a safety shut-off pilot and stainless steel oven burners. Multiple position oven rack guides are included, with one chrome rack per oven, and additional racks are available.

This range operates on both natural gas and propane, with adjustable manifold pressure. Optional casters and extra oven racks are available for added flexibility.
