Description

The EFI RCTRS-6B-N 36″ Gas Range delivers exceptional performance and durability for professional kitchens. Featuring stainless steel construction on the front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and high shelf, this range is built to endure daily use.

Equipped with six heavy-duty lift-off cast iron burners rated at 25,000 BTU/hr, it provides consistent, powerful heat. The 12” x 12” cast iron top grates ensure even heat distribution for superior cooking results. For those who require a griddle, the 3/4” thick polished steel griddle plate is included, along with a grease trough for easy cleanup.

The oven size measures 26 1/2″ x 26″ x 14″ with a 27,000 BTU/hr oven burner, perfect for high-volume cooking. The oven pilot has a 100% safety shut-off for added protection. Stainless steel oven burners and multiple-position oven rack guides provide flexibility, and one chrome rack is included per oven. Additional racks are available for increased storage capacity.

This model supports both natural gas (5”WC/11mbar) and propane (10”WC/25mbar). Optional casters and oven racks are available to customize your setup.
