Description
The EFI RCTRS-6B-P 36″ Gas Range offers superior durability and performance for commercial kitchens. Constructed with stainless steel on the front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and high shelf, this range is built to last.
It comes with six heavy-duty lift-off cast iron burners rated at 25,000 BTU/hr, providing reliable heat for cooking. The 12” x 12” cast iron top grates deliver even heat distribution. For those requiring a griddle, the 3/4” thick polished steel griddle plate is included, along with a grease trough for easier cleanup.
The oven size is 26 1/2″ x 26″ x 14″, and it features a 27,000 BTU/hr oven burner. The oven pilot includes a 100% safety shut-off for peace of mind. Stainless steel oven burners and multiple-position oven rack guides ensure versatility. One chrome rack is included per oven, with additional racks available.
This range is compatible with natural gas (5”WC/11mbar) or propane (10”WC/25mbar). Optional casters and oven racks are available for added convenience.
