Description

The EFI RCTRS-8B-N 48″ gas range is designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. It features a durable stainless steel construction on the front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and high shelf, ensuring longevity and ease of maintenance.

This range is equipped with eight heavy-duty lift-off cast iron burners, each rated at 25,000 BTU/hr. The 12” x 12” cast iron top grates provide a stable cooking surface. Some models feature a 3/4” thick polished steel griddle with a grease trough, making it ideal for grilling and frying.

The oven provides ample space with dimensions of 20 x 26 x 14 inches, and it’s powered by a 27,000 BTU/hr oven burner. It includes a 100% safety shut-off oven pilot and stainless steel oven burners and pilots for enhanced safety and efficiency.

With multiple position oven rack guides and one chrome rack per oven, the unit offers flexible cooking options. Additional racks are available for purchase.

This unit can run on natural gas (5”WC/11mbar) or propane (10”WC/25mbar). Optional casters and oven racks are available for added convenience.
