Description
The EFI RCTRS-8B-P 48″ gas range delivers top performance for commercial kitchens. Made with stainless steel on the front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and high shelf, it ensures durability and easy cleaning.
This range features eight heavy-duty lift-off cast iron burners, each providing 25,000 BTU/hr. It also includes 12” x 12” cast iron top grates and, on select models, a 3/4” thick polished steel griddle with a grease trough for easy cleanup.
The oven measures 20 x 26 x 14 inches and comes with a 27,000 BTU/hr oven burner. It also features a 100% safety shut-off oven pilot. The unit has multiple oven rack positions, with one chrome rack included. Additional racks are available for purchase.
Choose between natural gas (5”WC/11mbar) or propane (10”WC/25mbar) to suit your kitchen’s needs. Optional casters and oven racks are available.
