It also gives you the flexibility to create two unique cooking environments at once simultaneously. Bake in one while you braise in the other. Stage in the top oven while steaming in the bottom one. Like all CVap ovens, this pair is easy to use and can automatically switch to hold mode once a cook cycle has been completed.
