HOV7-04UV Holding Cabinet
The CVap® HOV7-04UV Holding Cabinet is one of our smaller cabinet configurations but still offers the high performance you’ve come to expect from CVap cabinets. At 35.7” tall, it’ll fit under most standard countertops. But this diminutive dynamo can still hold four sheet pans or eight hotel pans.

HOV7-05SP Holding Cabinet
The CVap® HOV7-05SP Holding Cabinet (shown with optional glass door) is designed especially for sheet pans, with the capacity to hold up to five full pans or ten half pans. It’s big enough to handle high-volume but small enough to fit into tight floor plans. The HOV7-05SP Holding Cabinet is also available with an optional flip door configuration.
