HOV3-05UV Holding Cabinet
The CVap® HOV3-05UV Holding Cabinet is a versatile cabinet with the capacity to hold up to five sheet pans, ten half sheet pans, or ten hotel pans. It’s big enough to handle high volume but small enough to fit into tight floor plans. It’s a solid, affordable alternative to our more advanced Series 5 and Series 7 models.
