Before you choose
Check the model. Plan the installation.
Plan around containers and service access
List bottle, can or keg sizes and the way staff load and serve. Compare usable storage, door/drawer openings and installed height. For dispensing equipment, verify the exact keg, tower and connection configuration and what is included. Check airflow and site requirements in the model documentation.
Fit & site requirements
Read the selected model’s voltage, frequency, phase, rated current and plug information. Check the installation instructions against the site circuit and receptacle; have the site supply assessed where needed. Do not infer compatibility from cabinet size. Use the exact model’s intake/discharge locations, required clearances and ambient operating limits. Keep the stated airflow and service access clear. An equipment photograph does not establish installation clearance.
Storage, included parts & intended use
Verify the published operating range, intended products and loading conditions for the model. Do not substitute a broad category title for the manufacturer’s specification or assume a holding cabinet performs rapid chilling or freezing. Check usable internal dimensions, shelf positions, load limits and pan/tray compatibility. Confirm which shelves, inserts, pans and covers are included and which require separate purchase.
Care, approvals & support
Review the manual’s condenser-cleaning, drain, gasket and interior-care instructions. Plan physical access for routine cleaning and service; follow the specified cleaning agents and maintenance schedule. Verify any certification on the actual model’s documentation and confirm suitability for the intended application with the appropriate authority where required. No collection-wide certification or approval is assumed. Confirm current Canadian warranty terms for the model, including parts/labour coverage, exclusions, claim process and service arrangements. Ask about parts access and installation obligations. Do not assume every model or brand has identical coverage.
