The EFI RCTRS-36G-2B-P 48-inch gas range is designed for high-performance commercial kitchens. It features a durable stainless steel construction, including the front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and high shelf for easy cleaning.
This range includes two heavy-duty cast iron burners rated at 25,000 BTU/hr for efficient heat. The 36-inch polished steel griddle ensures even cooking, with a convenient grease trough for quick cleanup.
The oven measures 20 inches by 26 inches by 14 inches and has a 27,000 BTU/hr burner. It includes a safety shut-off pilot and stainless steel oven burners. Multiple position oven rack guides and one chrome rack are included, with additional racks available.
This model runs on natural gas and propane, with adjustable manifold operating pressures. Optional casters and extra oven racks are available.
One-year parts and labor warranty. Certified for commercial use in Canada.
