With the capacity of four half sheet pans or four hotel pans, these holding bins are perfect for any operation. The shallow depth allows placement on a standard 30″ countertop and can also be fitted with 1″ wheels for under-counter use. Like all our holding equipment, the UBV7-04HP is powered by CVap technology, which gives you unrivaled control over food temperature and texture. Hold food precisely at any temperature from 90°F to 205°F and any texture from moist to very crisp. The control features eight channels to allow you to time up to eight different cycles simultaneously.

CVap (or Controlled Vapor Technology) is a patented dual heat system that uses a combination of moist vapor heat and dry air heat to control food temperature and texture.
